This is the inner work that changes everything on the outside.
The ego hustles.
Your heart magnetizes.
I’ve been doing these 3 practices for years and they keep me sane, rested, and productive.
Gregorian calendars want us to amp up in January—when planetary cycles say we should rest and reflect. January is NOT the new year.
We chase abundance, asking, “Am I worthy?” But that’s the wrong question. We make vision boards without understanding the spiritual mechanics of manifesting. We push toward desires with overworked nervous systems and call it “being productive.”
These are recipes for burn out. And we’re cooked.
